Booking and Payment

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled session may receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
